It bonds aggressively to MARSEAL® membranes and concrete substrates, and is tough, elastic and waterproof. MARSEAL® Structural Sealant contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (no VOC’S).

Marseal® exterior grade, solvent-based asphalt primer. Used to prime the substrate before application of MARSEAL® surface-adhered linings. Acceptable substrates include concrete, masonry block, metal, and wood.
