Strategic Global Growth Leads to Blair Rubber Expansion
Seville, Ohio – Blair Rubber Company leaders celebrated the groundbreaking of its manufacturing and headquarters’ facility expansion on Monday, June 16.
“This is truly a special day for our company, the community and our customers worldwide as we break ground to expand our facilities to accommodate our consistent and steady growth”, said Nalex Cordova, Director of Marketing, Blair Rubber Company.
Blair Rubber Company will be expanding its manufacturing building by adding approximately 50,000 square feet onto its existing footprint where it currently resides in Seville, Ohio. The facility will hold additional warehouse space for a new calender line and office space.
Cordova said Blair Rubber has built its international reputation on the research, development and perfection of only one product: corrosion and abrasion resistant rubber linings. This singular focus has driven the company to create the most sophisticated processes and state-of-the-art systems available today for its global customers.
From one location, Blair Rubber provides innovative solutions to customers across North America, Asia, South America and the Middle East.

In addition, our on-site laboratory offers the continuous testing capability that is critical in developing compounds to meet our customers’ very specific needs.”
The architect for this expansion project is JBA Architects. The general contractor is Beacon Marshall/EM Construction LLC.The construction is scheduled to be completed by early spring of 2015.
